Melissa Dellinger Condrey, licensed cosmetologist since 1989,
licensed cosmetology instructor since 2002, took esthetics class as
part of associate.
I have worked in hair, nails and skin care as an employee in the mall, a
privately owned salon, subcontractor at a seasonal spa and a salon
owner. I have instructed at two community colleges. I feel this
experience has given me a chance to see the cosmetology profession
on many different levels. I love our industry and teaching is my passion.
I have a wonderful husband of twenty years and three beautiful girls. I
returned to the town I was born in, where I own a salon.

Lisa McDaris, licensed esthetician in 2000, one of the first in North
Carolina, licensed esthetics instructor in 2008.
I have worked in the make-up arena, dermatologist office, spa and
then started my own spa from ground up in Asheville. I then went back
to school to teach, which I love. This is where all my experiences are
used to make a class what it should be informative, inspiring and fun.
I have three wonderful children and one precious grandchild.
